Grow Engagement for UEFN Games on Drope.me

Drope.me is thrilled to announce its new feature. This addition addresses two significant issues faced by game developers and publishers in the UEFN ecosystem: the cold start problem and the need for effective playtests.

Almost a year since the launch of Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), numerous Fortnite island creators are already on the path to significant earnings with their Creative maps. Epic Games has earlier unveiled statistics about the highest-earning island creators, highlighting that hundreds of them are generating a minimum of $100,000 annually.

Launching a new game on Fortnite comes with the challenge of establishing stable organic engagement to capture the platform's algorithms and gain visibility. The cold start problem can hinder a game's initial traction. Additionally, playtesting, an important phase in game development, becomes time and effort-consuming when seeking an interested audience for testing a new product.

Drope.me aims to simplify both processes. With the new influencer marketing campaign feature, gaming publishers and developers working on UEFN can now set Fortnite-specific actions, such as the submission of in-game screenshots. Influencers encourage their viewers to play the game, and submit screenshots of their achievements to earn points exchangeable for prizes in Drops. This not only fosters engagement but also allows companies to moderate player participation throughout the campaign.

Furthermore, Drope.me facilitates playtesting by enabling micro-influencers to execute dedicated live streams. The "Playtest the game on a live stream" action empowers influencers to play the game on their Twitch streams for at least one hour, providing valuable feedback and recommendations for game improvement. They can also invite their community to join the gameplay, enhancing the playtesting experience.

"We’re excited to welcome Fortnite creators on Drope.me! By helping UEFN creators effortlessly engage hundreds of Fortnite micro-influencers and their communities, we believe that we will help them address key challenges with their game launches: discoverability and running playtest.

For example, UEFN creators can now overcome the cold start problem by having multiple Twitch streamers play with their communities during live streams or have streamers playtest the games and share feedback before the official launch!

Launching influencer marketing campaigns on Drope.me will boost organic engagement within Fortnite experiences and help creators build brand awareness around their games," shared Dima Okhrimchuk, founder and CEO of Drope.me.

This new feature shows that Drope.me is dedicated to improving influencer marketing for UEFN games and solving long-standing problems. As Drope.me grows, it stays focused on building a lively community for gaming publishers, micro-influencers, and their viewers.
